As a PRN, non-exempt Occupational Therapist with Optum at Drew memorial, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must. This position may also work at other affiliated locations as needed.
Schedule: this position will be scheduled as needed for inpatient and outpatient
About the Facility : Drew Memorial Health System is a non-profit, 60 bed, community-owned acute care hospital that serves a population of 200,000 in Southeast Arkansas. We have operated for over 35 years in our current location in the City of Monticello, in Drew County, Arkansas.

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
Primary Responsibilities:

Fill in for full time OTs as needed

Evaluation of patient and plan of care

Working with Rehab clinical team members

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Arkansas Occupational Therapist license in good standing

Reliable transportation

1+ years of outpatient work experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $35.00 - $63.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
