Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with years of experience in digital, growth, performance, social, or event marketing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotional programs.

Develop marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.

Manage social media, media planning, influencer marketing, and event marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Track and report campaign metrics including pipeline, MQLs, revenue influence, and ROI.

Support virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, and brand activation programs.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Marketing (Digital, Growth, Performance, Social, Events, or related areas).

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and agencies.

Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to drive business results through marketing initiatives.

Pay Details: $74.91 per hour
