Vylor will scale these innovations using its leading routes-to-market and by significantly expanding its licensing business.

We are looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational Software Engineering Manager .

The Software Engineering Manager owns the outcomes, health, and growth of one engineering team within Integrated Enterprise Systems. That covers delivery health, cost, and operational performance; a culture of quality, security, and reliability; risk and technical debt kept visible; decisive incident response; and the hiring, coaching, and feedback that determine who the team becomes. Enough technical depth is required to hold credible discussion with the team. Typically 5–10 years of experience, including leading engineers. Success is predictable delivery at a sustainable pace and engineers who grow and stay.

  • Understand the team's customers, products, and technical context in depth.

  • Connect team priorities and daily decisions to measurable business outcomes.

  • Create a culture of quality, security, reliability, and responsible delivery.

  • Make risks visible, address technical debt, and support decisive incident response.

  • Build an inclusive, accountable team and strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Resolve conflict directly and share context openly.

  • Hire thoughtfully, set clear expectations, and give timely feedback.

  • Coach people toward greater scope and create equitable, psychologically safe growth.

  • Define outcomes, decision owners, and simple operating rhythms amid ambiguity.

  • Limit work in progress and remove low-value process and dependencies.

  • Encourage disciplined experimentation that becomes measurable improvement.

  • Own delivery health, cost, and operations; correct course with evidence.

  • Lead the team calmly through change, updating plans as evidence changes.

  • Help people learn from setbacks, recover, and keep momentum.

Education and Experience – What you will bring to the tabl e!

  • Bachelor's degree in a computing field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Experience leading engineers, including hiring, coaching, feedback, and performance.

  • Engineering background sufficient to hold credible technical discussion with the team.

  • Experience owning team delivery, prioritization, dependencies, and commitments.

  • Experience establishing quality, reliability, and incident response practices.

  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity through outcomes and decision owners.

  • Ability to communicate trade-offs and work across teams, regions, and disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Five to ten years of experience, including senior engineer, lead, or manager roles.

  • Experience in agriculture, a global enterprise, or another regulated environment.

  • Experience with cloud, data platforms, DevSecOps, SRE, or legacy modernization.

  • Experience managing vendor or partner delivery alongside internal engineers.
