Senior Product Designer - Berlin Based (f,m,x)

Joining us, you will:

• Own end-to-end UX for a specific product area once team/pod assignments are finalized — from discovery through shipped feature

• Contribute meaningfully to evolving Nelly's design system/design language for consistency across the product

• Help move core product metrics (conversion, task completion) through better UX in owned flows

• Support the design team's process and structure as it scales

What you'll bring:

• End-to-end product design craft: UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI, from discovery through implementation

• Comfortable owning ambiguity and driving decisions with limited guidance in a fast-moving startup environment

• Strong collaboration with PMs and engineers — can work directly from problem statement to shipped feature

• Contributes to and helps evolve a design system/design language, not just uses one

• Experience Scope (Seniority): 3+ years in product design roles, including some in a scale-up/high-growth environment

• Comfortable in a small team with high individual ownership (little hand-holding, few layers of review)
