Evaluate financial opportunities and risks associated with payer arrangements. Develop strategies to improve contract performance across populations. Maintain executive-level relationships with health plans, employers, and purchasers.

  • Establish and support CIN governance structures, committees, and leadership councils. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with legal counsel regarding antitrust, clinical integration, and network participation requirements. Develop policies, procedures, and operating standards that support CIN objectives. Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and governing boards.

  • Partner with analytics and informatics teams to develop actionable provider performance reporting. Establish CIN performance metrics and accountability frameworks. Monitor quality, utilization, financial, and network performance indicators. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive action plans. Support benchmarking against regional, state and national performance standards.

  • Develop annual operating and capital budgets for CIN operations. Manage financial performance and resource allocation. Identify opportunities to optimize shared savings and incentive revenue. Support development of sustainable business models for participating providers. Track return on investment for CIN initiatives.
