Job Description
DAY TO DAY: 85,000-90,000. We are seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team in a role focused on supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This individual will conduct legal research, draft and review key legal documents, manage and organize case files, and assist with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation. Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery materials, compiling exhibits and evidence, maintaining accurate legal records, and communicating with clients and other parties to gather information and provide case updates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with legal research tools such as Westlaw, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and civil litigation practices. This role plays a vital part in ensuring cases are thoroughly prepared, documentation is accurate, and legal matters progress efficiently.
Skills and Requirements

5-10 years of experience as a paralegal Experience supporting corporate legal matters and/or litigation

Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw

Healthcare industry experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field

Experience supporting regulatory, licensing, or healthcare compliance matters

Experience working with outside counsel and third-party legal vendors Certification from a recognized paralegal association (e.g., NALA, NFPA).
