Position Summary

The Marketing Production Manager is responsible for the oversight of creative services and production team functions. This role coordinates the project management system including trafficking campaign needs through the team, oversees print / fulfillment vendor relationships, and works directly with a variety of agency partners. Responsibilities also include annual department project calendar development, production resources planning and the general marketing intake process to support line of business needs.

The Marketing Production Manager primary focus is to understand the target customer needs, segmentation approach, market trends, and competition to create effective multi-channel marketing plans. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages resources for the team developing and producing materials that achieve positive results against the marketing and product goals.

  • Responsible for resource management of the production team production team as well as freelance staff.

  • Collaborates with leadership to ensure consistency in corporate branding and identity across all external and internal outputs.

  • Works with the Product Marketing team to budget effectively for marketing spends, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

  • Utilizes campaign reports created by the Product Marketing team to make recommendations for optimizations and/or adjustments to work coming in and out of the department.

  • Develops and maintains positive vendor relationships that benefit Martin’s Point from a cost, quality, and service perspective.

  • Ensures compliance of all marketing communications with governmental regulations (CMS, TRICARE).

  • Stays updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and differentiated.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • BA/BS in related field

Experience:

  • 5 years of marketing experience, including project management and resource planning

  • Health care and/or not-for-profit experience preferred

  • 3+ of advertising agency production and traffic experience preferred

  • Experience leading projects.

  • Experience with following tactics: collateral/printed materials, direct mail, email, web & digital, social media, print, TV, radio, out-of-home, and multimedia content.

Knowledge:

  • Proven history of making data-driven decisions.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills to successfully organize various projects/campaigns.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Abilities:

  • Ability to obtain results by collaborating with cross-functional teams outside direct authority.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of and alignment with Martin’s Point values.

Pay Range: $99,963.40 - $123,484.20

The pay range above reflects the anticipated base pay range based on a full-time position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation, including incentive or commission-based programs, where applicable and subject to the terms of the relevant plan.

In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer contributions, paid time off (including volunteer time off!), pie day, and other employee benefits.
