Full job description

Description

Love Talent Acquisition, but find yourself more energized by the systems, processes and projects behind great recruiting than by carrying a traditional requisition load?

ProAmpac is looking for a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Integrations & Operations to help us strengthen how Talent Acquisition works today while supporting how we grow tomorrow.

You’ll work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, technology, process improvement and business integration. From troubleshooting recruiting systems and improving workflows to helping newly acquired businesses transition into ProAmpac’s TA processes and technology, you’ll have the opportunity to solve meaningful problems and help build solutions that scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to dig in, connect the dots, bring structure to complexity and turn ideas into execution.

WHY YOU WILL WANT TO WORK HERE

  • Make an impact on Talent Acquisition across a growing, multi-site organization.

  • Gain exposure to acquisition integrations and help shape how new businesses transition into ProAmpac.

  • Work across recruiting technology, process improvement, data, training and change initiatives. No two days will look exactly the same.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, IT, operations and external technology partners.

  • Help improve the recruiter, candidate and hiring-team experience by making processes simpler, clearer and more scalable.

  • Join a Talent Acquisition organization that is continuing to evolve its systems, processes and capabilities as the business grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support and improve the systems and processes that power recruiting and pre-employment, including our Applicant Tracking System and connected Talent Acquisition technologies.

  • Troubleshoot workflow, system, data and integration issues and coordinate solutions with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT and technology partners.

  • Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, releases and process improvements.

  • Coordinate Talent Acquisition integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including discovery, process mapping, readiness, testing, training and post-launch support.

  • Turn current-state findings into clear project plans, documentation, action items, risks and implementation requirements.

  • Identify process gaps, manual work and recurring issues, then help develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Create clear SOPs, job aids, training materials and other resources that help recruiters, HR teams and leaders successfully adopt new processes and tools.

  • Support data quality, system audits and reporting readiness across Talent Acquisition processes and platforms.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting technology, HR technology, recruiting systems, integrations, project coordination or a related area.

  • Hands-on experience working with an enterprise Applicant Tracking System and recruiting or pre-employment technologies.

  • A strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, from requisition and posting through candidate workflow, offer and onboarding handoff.

  • Experience troubleshooting systems, workflows, data or operational process issues.

  • Experience supporting implementations, integrations, system enhancements, testing or significant process change.

  • Strong project coordination, organization and follow-through. You can manage multiple moving pieces without losing the details.

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to translate complicated processes or system requirements into information people can actually use.

  • Curiosity, accountability and the confidence to ask questions, investigate problems and drive work through resolution.

HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations.

  • Experience with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems or an ATS implementation or transition.

  • Experience working in a multi-site or manufacturing organization.

  • Experience with change management, training, process mapping or user adoption.

  • Experience partnering directly with recruiting technology or pre-employment vendors.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional interaction and multiple concurrent projects. You’ll work independently within established priorities while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and teams across HR, HRIS, IT and the business.

Because acquisition integration is part of the role, some travel may be required based on business and integration needs.

If you enjoy making recruiting work better behind the scenes and want the opportunity to help build scalable Talent Acquisition operations in a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.
