Position Title: Team Lead

Location: Distribution Center – Neosho, MO

Shift : 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri

Reports To: Operations Manager/Department Manager

Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily DC department operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing and leading a team of distribution center associates in conjunction with the departmental supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Will work directly with departmental supervisor

  • Will provide work assignments and instructions to members of team

  • Must be able to lead team members to complete assigned tasks

  • Must be able to delegate work to team members

  • Must be able to perform forklift operator's job as needed

  • Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed

  • Need intermediate knowledge of Catalyst WMS and RF unit

  • Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management

  • May perform other duties as directed by supervision

  • Required to follow and uphold all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures

  • Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent required

  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities

  • Willingness to work all scheduled workdays

  • Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment

  • Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Need basic knowledge of PKMS and LM
