Morehead State University is seeking an on-campus Online Admissions Counselor to join the Department of Enrollment Services team.

About the Position

As the Online Admissions Counselor you will:

• Recruit, advise, and enroll prospective students interested in Morehead State University's fully online programs. The position serves as the primary contact for online students from inquiry through enrollment, providing personalized virtual recruitment, enrollment support, virtual events, virtual tours, orientation assistance, and tracking/ identifying ghost students.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems

Applicants who do not meet the minimum qualifications will not be considered.
