Full job description
CTG is seeking to fill an Icertis CLM Functional Consultant position for our client.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months
Duties:

Configure and manage Icertis CLM (ICI) contract templates, clause libraries, metadata, and approval hierarchies.
-
Design and optimize agreement workflows across drafting, negotiation, approval, and signature.

Support UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide end-user training.

Configure dashboards and reports for contract obligations, renewals, and compliance.
-
Support integrations with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, e-signature tools, and other enterprise applications.

Icertis ICI platform configuration

Workflow automation and business process mapping

Contract templates, clauses, metadata, and approvals

Analytics, dashboards, and reporting

Experience:
-
Experience implementing and configuring Icertis CLM solutions.

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, workflows, and approvals.

Experience supporting integrations and working with business stakeholders.

Experience with UAT, functional troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
