We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, offering opportunities to work alongside industry professionals while contributing to projects that support operational excellence, process improvement, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Assist with troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment performance issues.

  • Participate in safety, environmental, and quality improvement initiatives across the operation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions.

What Are We Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and apply engineering principles in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

  • Demonstrated initiative, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and learning in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a combination of office, laboratory, and industrial plant settings.

  • Regular interaction with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering personnel.

  • Exposure to manufacturing equipment, varying temperatures, dust, noise, and other industrial conditions.

  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required when working in operational areas.
