What to Expect?

• Schedule hours: 20 to 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Areas of Focus: Mortgage, project management, industrial engineering, process improvement, automatization, and/or business strategy.

• Develop and maintain dashboards,reports, and data-driven insights

• Run system queries and generate reports as requested

• Support data management initiatives, including financial records, and Mortgage Servicing KPIs.

• Analyze Mortgage Servicing processes to identify automatization opportunities.

• Prepare metrics, dashboards, and management reports.

• Your Impact: You will work on projects aimed at improving FirstBank’s efficiency, profitability, and business strategies, contributing to the growth of our operations and the wellbeing of our communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Be an undergraduate or graduate student in your last semester of college.

• Experience implementing dashboards is required for this opportunity

• Proficiency: in Excel and/or Power BI for reporting and data analysis preferred.

• Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to develop statistics, KPIs and business reports.

• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
