ShiftMed is looking for a dedicated, Onboarding Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM (on-site every other Monday only) to support our partnership with Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This role owns the day-to-day, on-the-ground administrative work that keeps clinicians oriented, compliant, and set up for success on site at the Cooper Center, while also managing the account-level data updates that keep the partnership running smoothly.

About your role:
Orientation Ownership
- Facilitate the orientation day from start to finish on site at the Cooper Center
- Set expectations for clinicians as representatives of ShiftMed
- Answer one-off clinician questions in real time
- Assist with clock-in and clock-out procedures
- Coordinate the scheduling of buddy shifts
- Collect clinician referrals while on site
- Confirm LMS (Learning Management System) completion before clinicians leave orientation
- On site every other Monday from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM MST; remote the rest of the time
Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor learning module completion status for all active clinicians
- Track Presbyterian-specific learning module requirements
- Monitor yearly certification and credentialing requirements and deadlines
- Field clinician questions related to certifications and credentials
- Flag upcoming expirations early enough to resolve them before they become compliance gaps
Manual Account Updates
- Rate updates
- Contact updates
- Shift structure updates
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, compliance, or clinical operations preferred
- Comfortable working on site at a healthcare facility and interacting with clinicians once every two weeks for orientation
- Strong attention to detail, especially around certifications, expirations, and account data accuracy
- Clear, professional communication style; comfortable answering clinician questions in the moment
- Organized and self-directed; able to track multiple recurring deadlines without close supervision
