Full job description
THIS IS A NON-CAREER APPOINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH AND 719 HOURS PER APPOINTMENT This position is a direct representative of the State of Michigan to the traveling public. As a travel counselor, provide and distribute literature, information, and guidance on travel and vacation activities within the state. Assist in preparing literature displays in the center and assist in clerical work. The work schedule will reflect the welcome centers hours, open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 pm including weekends and holidays. The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the State Worker position. For additional information, please see the links below:
