  • Process Excellence: Apply Q2I policies, practices, and procedures to daily workflows, focusing on high-quality delivery and minimizing repeated errors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Service

  • Internal Business Partnership: Partner effectively with Sales, Systems Engineers (SEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Finance, and Premium Deal Partners to drive deals across the finish line.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Provide a high level of customer service by owning requests from initiation through resolution.

  • Relationship Building: Establish stable, collaborative working relationships across internal departments and develop skills for occasional external customer interactions.

Accountability & Continuous Improvement

  • Issue Escalation: Proactively identify and inform management of urgent, potential roadblocks before they escalate.

  • Skill Development: Continuously build technical aptitude, process knowledge, and problem-solving skills under supervisor guidance while taking on new responsibilities.

  • Strategic Alignment: Align daily tasks with department business objectives to deliver positive operational outcomes.

About You
