Full job description

Traveling Journeyman Pipefitter – Falmouth, MI

Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00/hr

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

  • Stainless steel piping

  • Process pipe installation

  • Pipe fit-up and assembly

  • Read isometric drawings

  • Interpret blueprints

  • Measure and layout pipe

  • Install pipe supports

  • Equipment setting

  • Bolt-up connections

  • Hydrotest preparation

  • New construction work

  • Methane reclaim facility

Requirements

  • Journeyman Pipefitter experience

  • Industrial construction experience

  • Stainless steel piping experience

  • Isometric drawing proficiency

  • Rigging knowledge

  • Must work alongside 6G qualified stainless steel TIG welders

  • Experience with 100% X-ray process piping systems

Scope of Work

Ultimate LLC is seeking experienced Traveling Journeyman Pipefitters for a new construction methane reclaim plant at a dairy facility in Falmouth, MI . Pipefitters will be responsible for layout, fit-up, installation, and assembly of stainless steel process piping systems used in methane recovery operations. Candidates must be proficient in reading blueprints and isometric drawings, fitting pipe to exact specifications, and coordinating with welders performing 6G stainless steel TIG welds on 100% X-ray pipe . This is a fast-paced industrial construction project requiring precision workmanship and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
