Onboarding Experience Program Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a top construction and engineering services client. This candidate will lead a highly visible, CEO-sponsored onboarding transformation initiative focused on reimagining the employee experience and operational onboarding processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic executor who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly evaluate complex enterprise programs, and build the structure necessary to drive results. This individual will partner across HR, Payroll, IT, Learning & Development, Talent, Operations, and executive leadership to establish governance, define pilot programs, create operational roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive execution. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication skills, and the ability to transform a broad vision into a disciplined, measurable program that delivers meaningful business impact.

Skills and Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Senior-level Program Manager / Project Manager experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives

• Experience leading onboarding, employee experience, talent, or HR transformation programs

• Experience taking ambiguous, high-visibility programs from strategy into execution

• Proven ability to establish governance, workstreams, dependencies, sequencing, and resource models

• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and Steering Committees

• Experience partnering across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders

• Demonstrated success leading pilot programs, change initiatives, or employee experience transformations

• Ability to drive execution while simultaneously operating at a strategic level

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience creating program structures, success metrics, ownership models, and decision frameworks

• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and operational impacts across multiple functions

• Consulting background with organizational transformation experience

• Experience in union (CBA) and non-union workforce environments

• Experience building operating models and process governance frameworks

• Change management expertise

• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and CEO-sponsored initiatives
