Job Description

About Us

At P&G, we are innovators, leaders, and brand builders. Our iconic Skin Care brands are trusted in millions of homes worldwide. We are committed to delighting consumers through superior product experiences and compelling storytelling, building brands that improve everyday life. We believe in the power of authentic conversation, deep connection, and vibrant community to foster enduring brand love. When you join P&G, you make an impact from day one, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.

The Opportunity

Are you a visionary marketing leader with a proven track record in sparking conversations, cultivating communities, and driving organic relevance for beloved brands? Do you thrive on translating brand objectives into powerful social experiences and measurable business impact within the dynamic Skin Care category?

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Director, Social Strategy & Organic Growth - Skin Care to orchestrate brand talkability and sustainable organic relevance growth for our leading Skin Care portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will define the strategy, lead the planning, and oversee the execution, learning, and optimization of social-first ideas, innovative content, and high-impact partnerships. You will be at the forefront of translating deep consumer insights, culture, and trends into compelling social moments, both online and through unique experiential activations that resonate with our consumers and amplify our presence at key retailer moments. This role demands a sophisticated blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and exceptional cross-functional leadership, working hand-in-hand with Brand Marketing, Media, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive, impactful, and globally relevant brand narratives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate Brand Talkability & Organic Relevance Growth for Skin Care:

o Develop and lead the overarching strategy for driving organic brand conversation, share of voice, and community engagement across relevant social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, emerging platforms). This includes creating a calendar of Brand Idea-led social tentpoles, orchestrating across branded assets, celebrity, influencer and other external partnerships, experiential executions, and user-generated content. The ultimate goal is to grow brand relevance and earned media value, translating into increased glance views, improved conversion rates, and sales growth.

o Design and implement repeatable "social flywheel" systems and frameworks that transform content, community, employees, and consumers into powerful brand advocates, fostering authentic connections within the Skin Care community.

  • Lead Social-First Content Strategy & Innovation:

o Own the editorial vision and content framework for Skin Care, guiding the creation of compelling brand-led and creator-generated content optimized for social platforms to encourage comments, shares, and user-generated content, reflecting unique Skin Care consumer needs and trends.

o Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate content ideation, creation, repurposing, and testing, identifying viral content patterns and building scalable playbooks that resonate with beauty and skin care enthusiasts.

  • Build & Nurture Influencer & Partnership Ecosystems:

o Identify, onboard, and manage strategic influencer, creator, and ambassador programs that authentically amplify Skin Care brand messaging and extend reach, targeting relevant beauty and lifestyle communities.

o Foster meaningful engagement and community participation, developing systems that convert followers into active brand advocates and co-creators within the Skin Care space.

  • Drive Experiential & Retailer Activation Integration:

o Conceptualize and execute social strategies that seamlessly integrate with experiential activations, maximizing their talkability and digital footprint within the beauty landscape.

o Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Sales teams to amplify Skin Care brand presence around key retailer tentpoles and promotional events through bespoke social campaigns and compelling content strategies.

  • Measure Impact & Optimize Performance:

o Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic reach, engagement rate, audience growth, brand sentiment, referral traffic, and contribution to marketing-qualified leads/sales pipeline specifically for Skin Care.

o Establish an experimentation roadmap for content formats, posting strategies, AI workflows, and engagement tactics, driving continuous optimization based on data-driven insights and market trends.

  • Lead & Influence Cross-Functionally:

o Collaborate extensively with Brand Marketing, Media, Communications, Product Development, and Sales teams to ensure integrated campaigns and amplified messaging for Skin Care brands.

o Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership, acting as a thought leader in social media, organic growth, and the evolving beauty landscape.

What We Offer You

  • Meaningful Work from Day 1: Lead organic growth for iconic, global Skin Care brands that truly impact consumers' lives.

  • Continuous Growth & Development: Access to world-class learning and development opportunities, a robust career path, and the chance to expand your skills and expertise within the beauty industry.

  • Dynamic & Collaborative Culture: Thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment where innovation, leadership, and integrity are highly valued, collaborating with top talent globally.

  • Competitive Compensation & Benefits: A comprehensive package designed to support your overall well-being.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing, content strategy, growth marketing, or community leadership, with significant experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods sector, ideally Skin Care.

  • Proven track record of significantly growing organic audiences, engagement, and brand talkability across diverse social platforms for major brands.

  • Hands-on experience in the orchestration between different aspects of the social flywheel (branded assets, influencer, social media, experiential).

  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling creator, influencer, and/or employee advocacy programs within the beauty industry.

  • Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, content distribution best practices, and emerging social trends relevant to Skin Care consumers.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, complex project management, and execution capabilities.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate organizational structures and foster partnerships.

Preferred:

  • Experience with integrated marketing campaigns involving large-scale experiential activations and complex retailer partnerships.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics platforms to inform strategy and optimize performance.

  • In-depth familiarity with the creator economy and modern creator business models within the beauty space.

  • Passion for consumer insights and the ability to translate them into highly effective, culturally relevant social strategies for Skin Care.

  • Strong personal brand or demonstrable track record of thought leadership in social media/beauty marketing.
