Domestic Violence Co-Facilitator (Part Time)

Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic Violence Group Co-Facilitator to support our Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) and Turning Points groups. This role involves co-leading weekly group sessions for men and/or women, documenting participation and progress, and collaborating with probation officers to support participant accountability and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Co-facilitate weekly group sessions using the established curriculum

• Foster a respectful, accountable, and supportive group environment

• Track attendance and participation, and assist in preparing progress reports

• Participate in monthly information-sharing calls with probation officers

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older

• No diploma or prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
