Full job description
Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent)
Construction Superintendent with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within an operating wafer manufacturing facility.
Additional Details:

This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on the client site located in Manassas, VA
-
Candidate must be onsite Monday-Friday during core hours (6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.), with some flexibility to work Saturdays when needed.

Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).

7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.

Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.

Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversite to meet client schedule and deliverables.

Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.

Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.

Familiarity working with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.

Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Displayed ability to learn quickly with an internal drive to broaden intellectual knowledge base.

Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives.
