Job Description: Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Travel Requirements Travel is expected on a weekly basis within the assigned territory of Elk Grove No overnight travel is anticipated.
Job Summary:
May lead projects or processes with moderate risk and/or complexity and may lead small teams. Prioritizes tasks within the team and collaborates with other team members to achieve departmental objectives. Provides guidance to team members with less experience or knowledge and serves as a resource for colleagues. Solves difficult and occasionally complex problems using subject matter expertise to influence outcomes. May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives, with work guided by team and departmental goals.

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate:

- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent preferred.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $64.680,00/year to $113.220,00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance.
