Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related disciplines.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in technical program management, quality engineering, validation, analytics, data science, UX design, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within software, platform, AI, or engineering organizations.
