- Lead engineering execution across multiple industrial/manufacturing projects
- Develop and review equipment layouts and drawings in AutoCAD
- Handle equipment selection, RFQs, technical coordination, and vendor communication
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup strategy
- Manage schedules, deliverables, technical issues, and changing customer requirements
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for customers
- Identify problems early and develop practical engineering solutions
- Work closely with internal project management, sales, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience leading technical projects from design through implementation
- Advanced/Expert AutoCAD skills
- Strong customer-facing and vendor communication experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience with food, beverage, dairy, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, packaging, or process equipment strongly preferred
- Powder/bulk material handling experience is a major plus
- Autodesk Inventor and/or 3D scanning experience is a plus
Schedule: Primarily onsite Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays. Some customer-site travel is required, generally short trips of 2–3 days.
