Job Description A global organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation is seeking a SAP Master Data Architect to help modernize and strengthen enterprise data capabilities. This role is a unique opportunity to influence how critical business data is structured, governed, and leveraged across the organization while remaining deeply involved in execution and solution delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, improving enterprise processes, and partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping master data strategy while spending the majority of their time driving hands-on implementation and optimization efforts.

10+ years of experience working with enterprise applications, data management, or business systems

5+ years of experience supporting SAP Master Data Management initiatives

Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
-
Expertise across Material, Customer, Vendor, and Financial Master Data domains
-
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and cross-system integration
-
Experience with master data governance, quality programs, and data lifecycle management
-
Demonstrated success leading SAP MDM, MDG, migration, or transformation initiatives
-
Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable solutions
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

SAP MDG implementation experience

Manufacturing, supply chain, or order-to-cash process knowledge

Experience working with Salesforce, Snowflake, or other enterprise platforms

Exposure to ERP modernization or enterprise transformation programs

Experience improving enterprise data quality and governance frameworks

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities 70% Hands On

Design and implement SAP master data solutions across multiple business domains

Lead master data initiatives from discovery and design through deployment and optimization
-
Drive data migration, cleansing, validation, and quality improvement efforts
-
Define data standards, hierarchies, ownership models, and governance processes
-
Analyze complex data issues and develop long-term solutions that improve accuracy and consistency
-
Build and enhance frameworks that improve enterprise-wide data management practices
-
Partner with business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
-
Support integrations between SAP and connected enterprise applications
-
Serve as a subject matter expert for master data strategy, architecture, and execution
