Schedule & Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No call or weekends
- Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility
- Strong culture and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K
- $75K Sign-on bonus
- $25K Incentive bonus Year 4
- $4000 CME & 5 Paid Days
- $15k Cardiac Stipend
- Premium shift bonus
- 401 & 403b Retirement Plan
- Health Insurance (eligible on Day 1)
- 9 Weeks Paid Vacation
- Practice at top of license
Requirements
- Active Florida ARNP License
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
