  • Coordinate benefit-related activities by working across teams to help ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and effective program support.

  • Create and refine job descriptions so they accurately reflect role scope, responsibilities, and required qualifications.

  • Rewrite existing position summaries into clear, thorough, and consistent documentation that supports hiring and compensation evaluation.

  • Perform market research to identify compensation and benefits trends, benchmark roles, and inform recommendations.

  • Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support compensation planning and broader rewards-related decisions.

Requirements • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards within an HR environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis and compensation administration.

  • Experience developing and rewriting job descriptions for a variety of business functions.

  • Strong ability to conduct market research and translate findings into practical recommendations.
