Insight Global is hiring: Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Miami, FL

Our client supports some of the world’s most watched live sports, entertainment, concerts, festivals, film, and television productions, helping bring content to life on stages, screens, and fields around the world. Insight Global is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to support our client’s global business and partner closely with senior leadership across multiple regions.

What You Will Do:

Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives Drive leadership development and talent management programs Support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture Partner with HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making Ensure consistency in global HR practices while adapting to regional and local needs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies Strategic mindset and executive presence Strong organizational design and change management capabilities Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies Strategic mindset and executive presence Strong organizational design and change management capabilities Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish Direct partnership with business unit leaders, VPs, GMs, or executives Understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial/business objectives Translating business goals into people/workforce strategy Workforce planning tied to growth, restructuring, or business needs Advising leadership on organizational design Using HR/workforce data to make business recommendations Leading organizational transformation/change Talent and succession planning connected to business continuity/growth Experience supporting a specific business division or P&L organization, not just an HR department Global/multi-region business partnership Ability to influence senior leaders, rather than simply execute HR policies
