What You Can Expect

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Territory Sales Associate Manager - to support commercial growth and market adoption of an innovative cryotherapy for the management of pain.

This US Territory Sales Associate Manager will serve as a key commercial partner connecting iovera° customers, the field sales organization, and Zimmer Biomet internal business functions.

Working in close partnership with other Territory Sales Associate Managers, Regional Sales Directors, distributor partners, sales operations and cross-functional teams, this role will support customer needs and commercial opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle—from initial opportunity and implementation through utilization, growth, recovery, and retention.

The Territory Sales Associate Manager - will coordinate resources to address complex customer needs, support business development and strategic account initiatives, manage inbound commercial opportunities, and develop white-space business where established commercial coverage is not yet available or is in development.

How You'll Create Impact

New Customer Engagement

  • Provide introductory virtual overviews of the iovera technology and customer journey.

  • Educate prospective customers on the resources and support available through the iovera organization.

  • Facilitate transition from initial interest to TSAM-led clinical and commercial engagement.

  • Coordinates account setup, account structure, purchasing requirements, reimbursement readiness, ordering processes and other operational requirements necessary to move a new customer from opportunity to go-live.

  • Support customer onboarding and implementation coordination.

  • Identifies and works through operational or financial barriers affecting dormant, declining or at-risk accounts, helping restore normal ordering and utilization

  • Provide virtual billing and reimbursement support to customers.

Commercial & Operational Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between field sales and internal Operations, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and other functional partners.

  • Coordinate resolution of customer issues that require cross-functional involvement.

  • Help manage documentation, agreements, account setup, ordering, invoicing, and other administrative requirements.

  • Maintain visibility and follow-through on open customer needs until resolution.

  • serves as a centralized resource between Sales and internal functions to navigate pricing, account requirements, documentation, ordering, customer-specific commercial issues and non-standard situations requiring cross-functional coordination.

Field Sales & Leadership Support

  • Maintain high-level, frequent communication with other regional TSAMs and East/West Regional Sales Directors.

  • Provide visibility to new leads, customer issues, outstanding receivables, operational barriers, and follow-up needs.

  • Assist TSAMs with customer communication and administrative activities that can be effectively managed virtually.

  • Identify trends and recurring barriers that require regional or national leadership attention.

  • Coordinates resolution of complex customer issues that span Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Reimbursement, Legal and other functions, particularly when unresolved administrative issues put customer relationships or revenue at risk.

Revenue Cycle & Customer Financial Support

  • Works directly with customers, Finance and A/R to resolve invoice disputes, past-due balances, credits, payment issues, account reconciliation, credit holds and other financial barriers that can prevent ordering or continued utilization.

  • Assist with past-due account follow-up and collection efforts in partnership with TSAMs and Finance.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves billing, credit, account, purchasing, contracting and administrative issues that prevent otherwise viable customers from accessing or ordering products.

  • Support invoice questions, discrepancies, credits, and account reconciliation.

  • Coordinate customer financial issues with internal Finance and Operations teams through resolution.

What Makes You Stand Out

Lead Capture & Qualification

  • Capture inbound and internally generated iovera leads.

  • Conduct initial outreach and qualification to determine opportunity potential.

  • Gather key information including procedure volumes, clinical interest, treatment setting, decision-makers, and implementation needs.

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate TAM with clear background and next steps.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, clinical sciences, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare medical device reimbursement, pain management experience strongly preferred, or a related field.

Medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare sales required or related commercial operations, strategic account management, customer success, or business development experience will also be considered.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting customer relationships and commercial objectives within a healthcare environment.

  • Experience working collaboratively with field sales and cross-functional business teams.

  • Travel as required to support customers, strategic accounts, field partners, and business objectives.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to operate independently in a field-based environment and effectively collaborate across a corporate organization.

Physical Requirements

Travel Expectations

This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel to customer sites, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, industry and internal business meetings. Travel expectations vary and may be approximately 40–50%, depending on territory and business requirements.

Expected Compensation Range: $90,000 - $115,000 with at-plan quarterly target bonus of $18,500
