About the position

This role is a blend of administrative support and hands-on operational tasks, designed to support our teams in Reconditioning and Inventory Quality Readiness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and people champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable performing duties in both office and outdoor settings throughout the year.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own pre-employment/post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verifications, communications, hiring events, etc.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation

  • Maintain site rosters

  • Order site-level supplies

  • Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events

  • Write, create, and distribute internal communications such as emails, business updates, all employee meeting presentation, and announcements

  • Handle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events

  • Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to assist operational needs

  • Other duties as assigned by site leader

What the Job Requires

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in related fields

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience coordinating events and creating ultimate excitement/hype around them

  • Flexible schedule; willing to work weekends and stay late to ensure success

  • Self motivated individual and ability to work autonomously

  • Be a creative force and master of execution

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both internally and externally

  • Ability to multitask, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational, event management, time management skills

  • Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information

  • A passion for keeping things neat and organized, all while remaining upbeat and positive
