Licensed Practical Nurse –Oregon,WI

Local Pay: $42.16/hour - (W2)

Shift Details:

  • Four 10 hour shifts. 06:00AM-16:30PM.

  • Every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administers medications, vaccines, and injections safely according to provider orders and medication rights.

  • Provides direct patient care based on individualized plans of care.

  • Performs medication refills and point-of-care testing, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.

  • Provides routine treatments such as wound care, enemas, colostomy care, topical medications, and surgical preparation.

  • Monitors patient conditions and reports observations and treatment outcomes to RNs and Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Responds to patient emergencies and provides appropriate interventions in accordance with BLS standards and scope of practice.

  • Accurately documents all patient care, treatments, and encounters in the electronic health record.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current, valid, and unrestricted WI license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

  • Minimum of one (1) yearof recent work experience as an LPN within the last 3 years

  • A degree from an accredited school of Nursing

  • Active BLS

  • Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
