Warehouse Associate/NON-DRIVER

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate , you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions.

• Loads and unloads common carrier and company vehicles.

• Prepares customer orders for shipment via UPS/LTL, including processing shipment paperwork.

• Verifies merchandise accuracy, applies postage tape, and fills out BOL information for LTL shipments.

• Uses warehouse management systems and scanners to pick orders and organize received materials.

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent attendance record and punctuality.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Basic knowledge of electrical products is preferred.

• Effective communication skills and ability to organize tasks.

Como Asistente de Almacén/SIN CONDUCTOR, formarás parte de las operaciones del almacén apoyando en la preparación y envío de pedidos. Turno: 8 horas por turno, de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.

¿Qué haré en este trabajo?

• Armar y llenar pedidos para su envío a clientes u otras divisiones.

• Cargar y descargar vehículos de transporte y de la empresa.

• Preparar pedidos para envío vía UPS/LTL, incluyendo la gestión de documentación de envío.

• Verificar la precisión de la mercancía, aplicar cinta de franqueo y completar la información de BOL para envíos LTL.

• Utilizar sistemas de gestión de almacenes y escáneres para seleccionar pedidos y organizar materiales recibidos.

¿Qué necesito?

• Capacidad para cumplir con los plazos y trabajar eficientemente bajo presión.

• Excelente historial de asistencia y puntualidad.

• Disposición para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario.

• Conocimiento básico de productos eléctricos es preferido.

• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y organización de tareas.
