About Glow
Glow is on a mission to transform how enterprises proactively protect the modern endpoint with an agentic-first approach. Our platform gives security teams the visibility, context, and autonomous remediation they've never had before — across every endpoint, application, and AI tool in the environment. We move fast, we build things that matter, and we believe security should be a force multiplier for the business, not a bottleneck. Let's Glow.
The Role
We’re looking for an Analyst Relations Lead to build and own Glow’s analyst relations strategy from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with the analysts and influencers shaping the cybersecurity market, ensuring they understand Glow’s technology, vision, differentiation, and momentum.
This is more than managing analyst briefings. You’ll serve as a strategic bridge between the market and Glow’s leadership, product, marketing, and go-to-market teams—helping us sharpen our positioning, anticipate market shifts, influence emerging categories, and establish Glow as a company analysts know, understand, and advocate for.
As an early member of the marketing organization, you’ll have the opportunity to define how analyst relations operates at Glow and build the program as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute Glow’s global analyst relations strategy across key cybersecurity research and advisory firms.
- Develop strong relationships with relevant analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, Enterprise Strategy Group, and other influential cybersecurity research organizations.
- Own analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, evaluations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify the analysts, research areas, reports, and market categories most important to Glow’s growth.
- Develop compelling narratives and briefing materials that clearly communicate Glow’s vision, product differentiation, customer value, and market opportunity.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications, and executive leadership to ensure consistent positioning with the analyst community.
- Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for analyst conversations, presentations, and evaluations.
- Manage Glow’s participation in relevant analyst research, including market evaluations, reports, surveys, and emerging category discussions.
- Bring analyst feedback and market intelligence back into Glow to inform product strategy, positioning, competitive intelligence, and GTM decisions.
- Track analyst sentiment, relationships, coverage, and program effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for analyst research and validation to support sales conversations and strengthen Glow’s credibility with customers and prospects.
- Help shape how the broader cybersecurity market understands Glow and the category we are building.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related function, ideally within cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the analysts and research firms influencing enterprise security buyers.
- Existing relationships with cybersecurity analysts are highly preferred.
- Experience managing Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar analyst relationships and research processes.
- Ability to translate highly technical products into clear, compelling market narratives.
- Strong executive presence and experience preparing senior leaders for high-stakes analyst conversations.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of positioning, competitive intelligence, category creation, and enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve and you’ll be expected to build rather than inherit established processes.
- Highly collaborative, strategic, organized, and equally comfortable developing a long-term strategy and executing the details yourself.
