Prepare and sort documents and data sheets in preparation for data entry

Prioritise data entries by maintaining an understanding of the sequencing and scheduling surrounding the data

Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Enter customer orders into appropriate database software

Verify the entry to ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database and make appropriate corrections, deletions and updates

Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements

Coordinate with supervisor to gather incomplete information

Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately

Filing as required

Answering phone calls and greeting visitors

A condition of employment will be passing a criminal background check to ensure eligibility under Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP). Candidates must be either Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify for CGP.
