AI-Assisted Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an AI-Assisted Development Specialist to accelerate software delivery through the effective use of modern AI-powered development tools. This role is ideal for a senior full-stack software engineer who has successfully integrated tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI coding assistants into their daily development workflow to improve productivity, code quality, and speed to market. This person focuses on building and delivering production-ready applications while leveraging AI tooling to streamline development, testing, debugging, and code generation. The ideal candidate is a proven software engineer first and an AI productivity expert second. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar platforms to accelerate software delivery.
• Build scalable APIs, web applications, and enterprise solutions using .NET, C#, Python, and cloud-native technologies.
• Review, validate, refactor, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and production readiness.
• Improve development workflows, engineering productivity, and delivery timelines through AI-assisted coding practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineers to rapidly deliver business solutions while maintaining software quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with a strong track record of delivering production applications.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in Azure.
• Demonstrated expertise using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
• Experience with Python development and modern software engineering best practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing strategies, and code quality standards.
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code before production deployment.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and Generative AI-powered application development.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business applications.
• Experience modernizing software development processes through AI adoption initiatives.
• Experience supporting applications containing PHI, PII, or other regulated data
• Experience mentoring developers on AI-assisted coding techniques and productivity improvements.
