EPAM Systems is looking for a driven Loyalty & Promotions Consultant to join Empathy Lab in North America — a fast-growing creative agency designed for the modern Chief Marketing Officer and backed by our global engineering and digital services organization.
In this role, you will support the design and delivery of loyalty programs, promotion strategies, membership experiences and subscription models that drive measurable growth for major brands across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Consumer Goods and beyond!

Responsibilities

Support the development of client recommendations across loyalty programs, offer strategies, membership experiences and subscription models

Contribute to end-to-end program design, including strategic options, business cases, economics and go-to-market approaches

Collaborate with data, experience design, digital product and delivery teams to support the execution of integrated client projects

Prepare materials, analyses and points of view that help account teams align solutions to client needs

Support new business development efforts, including research, proposal content and pitch materials Research and draft proposal content, pitch materials and RFP responses under the guidance of senior team members

Co-author research, articles and points of view that support the practice's thought leadership in loyalty and promotions Represent the practice at industry events, webinars and forums to build visibility and expertise

Help cultivate relationships with external platform partners on practice-related initiatives

Partner closely with senior consultants and practice leads to learn and apply emerging approaches in loyalty and promotions strategy
Requirements
-
QSR industry experience preferred — a key growth area for our team (additional experience in Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) or Travel & Hospitality is a strong plus)

Growing expertise in one or more domains such as loyalty, membership, pricing, promotions or subscription business models

5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, agency or client-side marketing roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to business challenges - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible insights

Comfort collaborating cross-functionally, with growing exposure to direct client engagement

Business acumen and curiosity about the ROI and outcomes of loyalty and promotion initiatives

Experience contributing to client engagements across multiple phases (strategy, design, delivery)

Willingness to travel occasionally for client or team needs
