Local Pay: $24.67/hour

PRN position
Psychiatric Technician II Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Lead psycho-educational groups to foster peer interaction, problem-solving, and treatment goal achievement.
-
Assist residents in building life skills for independent living.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements.
-
Support residents with household tasks and teach essential daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, time management).
-
Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
-
Contribute to a therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth, with opportunities for advancement within the program.
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field required.
-
Minimum one year experience in a related field, knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system required.
-
Valid Driver’s License required.
-
All Clearances required by OMHSAS.
-
Additional certifications may be required.
-
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
