RESPONSIBILITIES:• Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up. Supports project documentation, data gathering, and coordination tasks under supervision.• Assists with cost estimates, schedules, and DSP preparation.• Participates in Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Information (PSI), and mechanical integrity documentation reviews and learns requirements.• Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively.• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership.• Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution.• Observes HAZOP reviews and incident investigations• Learns engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards.• Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering degree preferred.• Zero (0) years or more of industry experience required.
