JOB SUMMARY
Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay rate: $19 - $20.00
Location: 305 Chaney aVe Suite C, Greenwood, In 46143
This role is based in a warehouse settings
The Warehouse Clerk plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations through accurate data management, reporting, and system updates. This position requires strong Excel and ERP skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable partnering cross‑functionally to deliver clear insights that support operational decision‑making.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and analyze warehouse operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Create, update, and manage Excel‑based reports using advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred) to track inventory movements, transactions, and discrepancies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc performance reports related to warehouse operations.

Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and planning teams to communicate data insights.

Identify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve issues.

Support deadlines and reporting requirements in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Assist with documentation, data validation, and process tracking as needed.

Picking parts in the warehouse.

Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma
-
1 - 3 years’ relevant experience.

Ability to read/write and interpret documents.

Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.

Warehouse experience.
-
Logistics experience.
