Redaction Coordinator - Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: Starts at $19/Hr. + Excellent SoAZ benefits

M–F, 8–5 Onsite / possible Hybrid

About the Job

Support the Centralized Records Coordination Unit (CRCU) by reviewing and redacting Department of Child Safety information as required by law and preparing redacted records for individuals who request them.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Review cases involving child abuse and neglect .

  • Review approximately 450–900 pages per day while meeting a current minimum accuracy rate of 98% .

  • Identify and redact protected information, including:

  • Source information

  • Attorney-client privilege

  • Department of Public Safety (DPS) results

  • Social Security numbers

  • Child placements

  • Perform consistent, standardized, and repetitive work.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma.

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Experience with Adobe and SharePoint .

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work 100% on-site and maintain reliable transportation.
