Store Planning CAD Designer (Remote)

Job Description

This Remote Store Planning CAD Designer will support large-scale retail initiatives by creating and updating 2D CAD store layouts and fixture plans to ensure accurate and effective space planning. They will draw and verify existing store plans against current documentation, identify high-shrink category footage changes, adjust fixture plans, and reflow departments as needed. The designer will develop both change plans and final plans, while verifying planogram compliance, cooler placement, merchandising flow, and dimensional accuracy. They will also conduct quality reviews, incorporate feedback and corrections, and proof and publish final plan documentation for installation teams, ensuring consistency across multiple store formats and retrofit scenarios. This position is fully remote with availability required during CST hours.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of strong CAD 2D experience in retail space planning/interior design Experience with retail space planning, store design, CAD/layout development, merchandising execution, or project coordination. Dynamic Blocks - creating and modifying blocks within CAD Personality is HUGE - need to be driven and self-motivated Detail oriented, precise and can handle fast pace work Strong communication skills, very sharp and professional
