Collaborate with peers on full software development lifecycle including scoping, design, code, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Actively participate in operational support for the team and ensure that root causes of operational issues are identified and resolved. Delivered code should demonstrate all aspects of the Code Bar. Design well-understood feature specifications and deliver working code. Logically separate code into multiple reusable components. Leverage Generative AI tools and frameworks to accelerate software design, code generation, test creation, and documentation while maintaining code quality and security standards. Apply GenAI to improve operational efficiency by automating root cause analysis for incidents, generating remediation steps, and summarizing incident reports, reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) and improving system reliability. Integrate GenAI-powered solutions into the development workflow to improve developer productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and assist in ideation for complex problems. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging GenAI technologies to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and ethical standards. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Multiple Positions Available.
