Für unseren Store in Aschaffenburg suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Personaleinsatzplanung
- Vertretung der Filialleitung
Dein Profil:
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
- Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
- Hands-On Mentalität
- Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
