General Laborer - Coffee Production Facility

Looking for a hands-on job with a growing local coffee production company? We are seeking motivated General Laborers to join our production team in Captain Cook. This is not farm work and not coffee picking . You'll work in a production environment helping process, package, and move coffee beans while supporting daily facility operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with coffee production and processing operations

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)

• Package, palletize, and prepare products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Support various production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Flexible schedule and availability to work varying shifts

• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Captain Cook, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
