About the Operations Specilaist Role

Join Our Dynamic Banking Team and Lead with Excellence!

The Operations Specialist ensures quality maintenance of Bank systems and timely and accurate processing of assigned duties. Verification of both incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Communicates with branch/department personnel via E-Ticket and telephone regarding inquiries on Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Debit Card applications. Communicates with other financial institutions regarding wire returns. Processes, tracks and monitors wire related reports including reconciliatio

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicates with branch/department personnel via E-Ticket and telephone regarding inquiries relating to Debit Cards, Online Banking and Zelle.

  • Communicates with other financial institutions regarding wire.

  • Processes/Review Debit Card and Online Banking Applications.

  • Process/Review incoming and outgoing Wire Transfers.

  • Monitors Daily Maintenance Request.

  • Posts transactions to accounts.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.

  • Ability to work well independently and in groups.

  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.

  • Access to reliable transportation.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

  • Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Previous banking or financial services experience

Schedule

Full-time position with hours aligned to department operations:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
