Full job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supply Chain Tech, you will manage inventory for assigned Nursing and/or Ancillary units, serving as the go-to liaison for product line knowledge while supporting cost-effective, quality-driven supply chain operations.

Every day, you will maintain accurate PAR levels, supply replenishment, and Lawson Min/Max designations to reduce obsolescence and waste, managing recalls, product conversions, and proper labeling within your assigned units. You will coordinate physical and cycle count inventories, manage incoming and outgoing freight and vendor returns, support other PAR locations, DME, and mailroom/office needs, and accurately document tissue receipts in Lawson.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, working knowledge of nursing supply product lines, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff and the Supply Chain Management Leadership team to keep inventory levels on target.

  • Order and distribute supplies.

  • Utilizes RQC and Handhelds to execute replenishment orders to assigned departments.

  • Maintains preestablished PAR Levels for assigned nursing and ancillary department.

  • Responds to assigned nursing units and/or ancillary departments in a timely manner to resolve supply problems and addresses need to their satisfaction.

  • Responsible for ensuring that "dated" and "obsolete items" are removed from stock prior to expiration from nursing and ancillary supply areas utilizing established Enterprise Business Processes.

  • Responsible for receiving incoming shipments and deliveries and properly documenting in ERP system.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Preferred

  • Certified Material Resource Professional

  • Valid Driver License

  • ERP experience

Pay Range

$18.60 - $28.83 /hour
