_Job Summary: _
Supervise team and under supervision, installs, configure, and support a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/or mobile devices. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**_ _
Supervise client services team of technicians
Works with various teams in software/hardware deployment and support for an enterprise environment.
Implements, maintains, and monitors various client software, tools, and systems.
Provides technical assistance to computer users and vendors.
Provides technical guidance and support to other members of the team.
Design, Configure, and Support Intune and SCCM platforms.
Entry Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of related experience.
Agency Specific Qualifications:**_ _
Possesses intermediate level knowledge and experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune, SCCM).
Possesses intermediate knowledge and experience within an AD and Azure environment.
Demonstrates experience understanding and applying procedures and policies related to information technology.
Demonstrates experience facilitating team building by encouraging cooperation and trust.
Demonstrates experience evaluating customer requests and identifying current system requirements to recommend solutions.
Demonstrated experience developing strategies using new technology to manage and improve client environment.
Demonstrates experience in technology assessment.
Demonstrates experience developing creative options for problem solving.
Demonstrates experience independently managing multiple assignments.
Experience negotiating to find mutually acceptable solutions.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills

Agency Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and experience with Intune.
Advanced knowledge and experience with SCCM.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure.
Advanced knowledge and experience deploying solutions in an enterprise environment.
Advanced knowledge and experience researching and troubleshooting new and existing technologies.
