Job Description

This product owner will help select a large SaaS software. They will also be owning the product vision, roadmap, and business priorities for the supplier management platform. Partner with business stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Compliance, and IT to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements. Manage and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, implementation partners, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive process optimization and standardization while balancing global and regional business requirements. Define and track KPIs and success metrics related to supplier onboarding, qualification, compliance, risk management, and supplier performance. Support change management, training, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful adoption. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and compliance standards. Act as the voice of the customer and key decision-maker for product feature prioritization.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of professional experience, including: 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. 5+ years supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Supplier Management, or ERP solutions. Experience leading enterprise software implementations in an Agile environment. Strong product backlog, user story, and requirements management experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
