• Provides clinical and administrative supervision after regular business hours. Manages hospital personnel and resources to meet standards, goals, and department requirements.
• Reassigns employees to different duties to optimize skills, abilities, and workloads.
• Makes regular rounds to identify problems and facilitate efficient resolution. Reviews reports on hospital activities and initiates or responds with appropriate actions.
• Participates in nursing, hospital, and medical staff committees as assigned. Attends regular meetings with management to resolve problems, exchange information, and plan accordingly.
• Facilitates and coordinates resources to address unanticipated hospital situations and concerns.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ experience as a supervisor, charge nurse, or comparable leadership experience
• 3+ nursing experience

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$36.43 - $67.75 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
