Obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education, Has a mental health certification, Has a current Montana state license or can obtain one by time of hire, Minimum of 2 years working as an LCSW.

This integrated facility brings together a physician clinic and 25-bed critical access hospital services to deliver quality coordinated care that is convenient for our patients. Our board-certified family practice physicians and professional staff provide quality care for the entire family. Services offered include medical, surgical, and swing beds, hospice, physician clinic; emergency department, radiology and laboratory services, and physical therapy.
